James Roten
President ~ CEO |
Mr. James Roten founded Raven Communications, Inc. in September
of 1998. The first division, currently in operation provides an
I.T. Staffing Services solution. James founded this division based
on his previous experiences and expertise as an International Sales
Manager for a Global Recruitment firm. He trained from the ground
up and worked through the channels of recruitment, account management,
sales consulting and on into International Sales Manager. James
became a well-seasoned expert in the Technical Recruitment Industry.
Mr. Roten implemented certain policies and procedures that are
actively practiced in the Staffing Division today. He has learned
the rights and wrongs of the industry and the environments that
he has worked in, to develop a tried, tested and successful "Contract,
Contract to Hire and Full Time" Staffing Services Division.
Together with the executive staff and the support teams, it has
been identified that we are involved in a key part of the project
based business. For every project, there is the need for engineers.
However staffing is only half of a very large picture.
In April of 1999 Mr. Roten partnered with Mr. Barry Bestpitch and
collectively formed Raven's Second division known today as the I.T.
Professional Services Division. With the technical industry experience
and expertise that our Director's and Managers have, this completes
the full circle. Mr. Roten now utilizes his experience and expertise;
to drive both divisions as a complete value add customer service
solution for all of our clients technical needs. From IT Staffing
to IT Professional Services we can provide a well-rounded solution,
to accommodate any project a client may test us on. One internal
value add we pride ourselves on is when our professional services
division gets a new project, and all of our resources (Contractors
and Full Time Employees) are completely tapped. We utilize the IT
Staffing division to supply for the demand in technical talent for
the projects on a Local, National and even Global basis. In most
cases it is a 24 to 48 hr turn around time frame from the need of
a new engineer, to the hire date.
In September of 2001 Mr. Roten started the third division of Raven
Communications, Inc. This division is known as the Incubated Office
Solutions division. Ravens commitment in the "Incubated Office
Solutions" model, is to provide a streamlined "Plug &
Play" business solution for start up to small sized companies.
Assisting individually or collectively in four primary business
focal points "Operations Infrastructure, Information Technology
Infrastructure, Telephony Infrastructure and when needed the Accounting
Infrastructure". Ravens goal in the "Incubated Office
Solutions" model, is to strategically catapult a start up or
small sized company into the future by eliminating the critical
time and costly resources that are so frequently invested in the
traditional vortex of building a successful Business Infrastructure
from scratch.
Mr. Roten strives to create a comfort zone, internally, client
side and with our business partners to build the confidence level
in knowing that Raven has the expertise and resources in the technical
industry to accommodate just about any mission critical or time
sensitive project.
In the limited free time James does have, he enjoys working out,
skydiving, hiking, barefoot water skiing, snow skiing, playing base
and acoustic guitar. In October of 1989 Mr. Roten earned a graduate
diploma in Lake Wales, Florida. In August of 2000 Mr. Roten was
accepted into the Nationwide Register's Who's who in Executive's
and Businesses.
